Driving folk-punk, full of the fire and working class pride, stripped to a brutally sparse frame and conjuring up spirits of the death-balladeers of the fifties.
Richard Warren is back with a new studio album "The Wayfarer", the follow up to his critically acclaimed 2010 debut "Laments". His musical career began in the mid 90s and has encompassed everything from the dynamic power-pop of The Hybirds, to an ephemeral burst of cult success as sonic explorer Echoboy, not to mention a few revolutions of the planet as guitar-man for hire with Spiritualized and Soulsavers.
Warren's shows have been described as "Lynchian", one reviewer commenting that "he plays songs of a man who's seen it all and was largely unimpressed".

The Phanton Band - Everybody Knows It's True
The Phantom Band is a Glasgow-based band. They are often generally described as indie-rock but are known to utilize a variety of genres and styles. The band's debut album Checkmate Savage was released in January 2009 and the follow up The Wants in October 2010.

The band was formed in 1984 when then Celibate Rifles bassist James Darroch decided to leave and form his own band. Darroch switched from bass to guitar and enlisted drummer Geoff Milne and former Lime Spiders backing vocalist Bill Gibson on bass. After some rehearsals the three became The Eastern Dark, named after a place in The Phantom comics. The three piece began playing live in May 1984, quickly garnering local support and earning notoriety for their habit of opening each set with a different Ramones cover, working their way chronologically through the Ramones' discography. Their first single, "Julie Is A Junkie/Johnny And Dee Dee," was released on Waterfront Records in July 1985.
With Rob Younger as producer the band recorded the EP Long Live The New Flesh! in 1986. On March 4, 1986, days after finishing the EP, and en route to a week-long series of shows in Melbourne, the band's van went off the road; Darroch was killed, and Milne and Gibson were hospitalised. Long Live the New Flesh! was released posthumously later that year, and a collection of live recordings and demos was released as Girls on the Beach (With Cars) in 1989. A CD collection of the previously released material, Where Are All the Single Girls? was released on Half A Cow Records in 2000 (and re-released in 2010).

Add a retina expanding psychedelic lightshow and get ready to fly!!!!!!

DakhaBrakha was created in 2004 at the Kyiv Center of Contemporary Art DAKH by the avant-garde theatre director Vladyslav Troitskiy. Having experimented with Ukrainian folk music, the band has added rhythms of the world into their music. Dakha/Brakha means give/take in old Ukrainian language.

Ο Ronan Guilfoyle είναι ο Ιρλανδός jazzίστας που σας έλεγα. Θεωρείται ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα ονόματα της jazz στη χώρα του, είναι director of jazz στο Newaprk Music Centre του Δουβλίνου, παίζει με μπάντες, μόνος, διδάσκει κλπ κλπ. Ψάχνοντας λοιπόν, είδα ότι έχει παίξει και με τον Κοντραφούρη, Ορίστε ένα δείγμα για σας...
Ο Conor Guilfyle (drummer) είναι λογικά ο αδελφός του και είναι και αυτός μία από τα ίδια. Μουσική οικογένεια!
